We also encourage participation in fun runs and sporting events, covering the associated costs. Upon commencement, all new employees get a workplace buddy to enhance their onboarding process. Often better than a mentor, a buddy is someone who has been with the business for at least six months, helps answer questions and makes you feel welcome
